摘　　要：To prepare and purify the main constituent of Arctii Fructus,arctiin.Methods Extracted with systematic solvents,separated with macroporous resin and purified by silica gel H decompressed column.Results With macroporous resin method,the rate of recovery of arctiin was 9% and the purity was 99% after purified by silica gel H decompressed column.Conclusion The preparing method of arctiin with macroporous resin is simple and rapid.
