摘 要:利用NS51002和NS51003漆酶/介体分别对马尾松未漂磨石磨木浆(GP)进行生物酶处理及后续的H2O2漂白,并对酶处理浆漂白前后的白度和强度性能进行测定。研究结果表明,利用漆酶NS51003处理马尾松未漂GP,可有效提高纸浆的白度及强度性能,而且酶处理后纸浆具有更好的可漂性,并且经过H2O2漂白后的酶处理浆亦具有更高的白度和更好的强度性能;而漆酶NS51002漆酶/介体对纸浆的改性效果甚微。The masson pine unbleached groundwood pulp(GP) was treated with laccase NS 51002 and NS 51003 together with a mediator and then bleached with hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). The results showed that the laccase NS 51003 could improve the brightness and strength properties, and the treated pulp had a better bleachability. After it was bleached with H2O2 the treated pulp had a higher brightness and a better strength properties than the control pulp. The NS 51002 laccase/mediator could slightly improve the strength properties and bleachability of the treated pulp, but it reduced the brightness of the unbleached pulp greatly, and it finally reduced the brightness of bleached pulp. Therefore the laccase NS 51002 did not avail the modification of masson pine unbleached GP.
