摘  要:西气东输管道工程在河南境内三次穿越拟建中的南水北调中线工程,穿越长度均约200m。主体管道原设计采用千斤顶顶管方案进行穿越,但因该方法存在一些不足,在实际施工时改为采用滚轮牵引法穿越。文章详细介绍了滚轮牵引法的优点、施工程序和方法,强调了采用该方法施工时的几个关键技术问题。与千斤顶顶管法相比,该方法一次牵引的距离长,速度快,缩短了沟下作业时间和工期,减少了沟下作业的危险性,可有效利用现有设备,降低施工成本。There are thrice pipeline crossings through the midline of South to North Water Diversion Project within Henan province for West to East Gas Pipeline Project. The length of each crossing is about 200m. The roller traction crossing method is utilized in the main pipeline. The advantage of this method as well as the construction procedure and means are described in the paper. By this method, the traction distance for each operation is long, traction speed is fast, and the risk of ditch work is low. The construction equipment at work site can be used efficiently and the construction cost be reduced.
