摘　　要：清理钻杆中凝固水泥时 ,因孔洞较深 ,需要有强度较高的传动器械和特殊的动力装置 ,为此 ,设计了清理钻杆中凝固水泥水平钻进装置。该装置首先设计一多功能平台 ,将钻杆固定在支架上 ,在调速电动机的带动下 ,使其匀速运动。为了降低加工难度 ,可采取两头分别钻进的方法 ;传动杆的内孔在满足冷却水流量 ,外径环路可充分排除岩屑的条件下 ,经计算强度可以达到使用要求。该装置的关键是设计出尺寸严格、结构适宜、出刃锋利、保径得当的钻头 ;为防止钻头的离心摆动需在合适的位置加扶正器 ,确保清理的彻底和高效。In some of the special well cementing operations, the slurry often coagulated in the drilling pipes. Therefore the pipes must be pull out of the well to remove the coagulated slurry. This article introduces a horizontal drilling device for the removal of the coagulated slurry in drilling pipes. The design and service conditions of the drill bit for this kind of horizontal drilling are described, and the design of the transmission bar and other components of the device is introduced. The advices for the rational use of the device are proposed.
