摘  要:研究了“溶剂脱沥青-沥青制氨-催化裂化组合工艺”脱沥青的抽提深度。指出脱油沥青粘度是选择抽提深度的关键控制指标,管输减渣适宜的脱沥青油收率为50%~55%。采用“当量掺渣率”表征脱沥青油的催化裂化性能,并用此计算了不同脱沥青油收率下中国石化九江分公司生产情况。以阿曼减渣为例,分析了优化脱沥青原料对提高抽提深度的作用,指出对不同减渣原料,应注意单炼、混炼的效果可能不同。The solvent extraction severity for deasphalting of VR in DACC technology (a combination process of VR solvent deasphalting, ammonia from asphalt and DAO catalytic cracking) was studied. It was pointed out that the viscosity of the deoiled asphalt was the key index for controlling the extraction severity. The suitable yield of DAO was 50%-55% for the VR of pipe-transported crude oil. The ' equivalent blending rate of VR' was adopted to characterize the catalytic cracking performance, which was used to calculate the production status of Jiujiang Petrochemical Company for processing different yields of DAO. By taking Omani VR for example, the effect of optimizing deasphalting feedstock to increase the extraction severity was analyzed. For different feedstocks, the refiner should pay attention on the effect of processing single VR or VR mixture, which might be different.
