摘　　要：介绍了聚合物改性道路沥青工业生产中原料基质沥青、改性剂、相容剂和稳定剂的选用,SBS被选作改性剂,其用量为3%～6%。讨论了生产工艺、设备对产品质量的影响。在生产能力100 kt/a的装置上实现了大批量生产,生产出不同牌号的改性沥青产品,满足交通部公路改性沥青路面施工技术规范JTJ(036)-98的要求。The selection of base asphalt, modifier, compatilizer and stabilizer for industrial production of polymer modified road asphalt was presented. SBS was selected as modifier which dosage was 3% to 6%. The effects of production process and apparatus on product quality were discussed. Large amounts of industrial products were practiced in a 100kt/a unit, including various brands of modified asphalt, which met the specification JTJ036-98 of the transportation ministry.
