通痹止痛胶囊对大鼠佐剂型关节炎治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究通痹止痛胶囊对佐剂性关节炎 (AA)大鼠的治疗作用及部分机制。方法 :采用弗氏完全佐剂造成大鼠关节炎模型 ,观察通痹止痛胶囊对大鼠左 (右 )后足跖肿胀情况 ,及对血浆红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、全血谷光甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)、血清一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。结果 :该药对大鼠原发性关节炎、继发性关节炎有明显的消肿抗炎作用 ,能升高SOD和GSH -PX的活力 ,减少MDA和NO的含量。结论 :通痹止痛胶囊对佐剂型关节炎有良好的治疗作用 ,其机理可能与降低体内氧自由基水平及过氧化脂质水平有关。objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Tongbi Zhitong Capsule(TC)on adjuvant arthritis(AA)in rats.methods:Complete Freund's adjuvant was used to induce adjuvant arthritis(AA)in rats.Primary and secondary paws swelling of AA rats were measured with volume meter.At the same time,blood oxgen free radical and niric oxide(NO)in AA rats were observed.results:TC could ameliorate AA rats arthritic symptoms,decrease serum lipid peroxides and NO contents and increase superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GXH-PX)levels.conclusion:TC has therapeutic efficacy in treatment of AA in rats.It is indicated that the mechanism of TC is probably related to the antioxidation.
