摘 要:目的 探讨甘氨酰加压素对肝脏血流动力学的影响。方法 20只猪麻醉后,肝门静脉(PV)和肝动脉(HA)放置超声时差血流表后,实验组12只猪给以甘氨酰加压素0.025 mg·min^(-1)·kg^(-1)共60 s,对照组8只猪给以等量生理盐水,同期行PV压力、HA和PV血流测定。结果 应用甘氨酰加压素实验组PV压力由用药前(8.36±3.13)mmHg下降为(7.16±3.07)mmHg,差异显著(P<0.05);PV血流由(887.33±256.40)ml/min下降为(358.29±96.08)ml/min(P<0.01),差异显著;同期HA血流由用药前(206.33±68.25)ml/min显著增加为(299.35±68.67)ml/min(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,实验组基础PV和HA血流均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组基础和用药后PV和HA血流比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 外周静脉输入甘氨酰加压素后PV压力显著下降;PV血流明显减少的同时HA血流显著增加。Objective To discuss hepatic hemodynamic alterations after injecting Glypressin. Methods We measured portal vein (PV) pressure and blood flows of hepatic artery (HA) and PV by ultrasonic transit time flowmeter in 20 anesthesia pigs. 12 experimental pigs were injected Glypressin 0.025 mg·min^(-1)·kg^(-1) in 60 seconds and 8 control pigs were injected saline as same value as Glypressin. Results PV pressure were reduced significantly from (8.36±3.13) mmHg to (7.16±3.07) mmHg (P<0.05); PV blood flow were reduced significantly from (887.33±256.40) ml/min to (358.29±96.08) ml/min (P<0.01); HA blood flow were significantly increased at the same time from (206.33±68.25) ml/min to (299.35±68.67) ml/min(P<0.01). Basic PV pressure and blood flow value of PV and HA in experimental pigs were no significant different with control pigs (P>0.05). Basic and experimental PV pressure and blood flow value of PV and HA were not changed significantly in control pigs. Conclusion PV pressure and blood flow are significantly reduced after injection of Glypressin meanwhile HA blood flow is increased significantly.
