妊娠早期自然流产患者蜕膜淋巴细胞功能的变化

摘　　要：目的 探讨不明原因早期自然流产患者蜕膜淋巴细胞功能的变化。方法 实验组和对照组各25例,采用光镜观察、流式细胞计数、免疫荧光及放射性同位素标记技术综合分析,对其蜕膜淋巴细胞百分率、细胞亚群、转化率、诱生IL-2活性分别进行了检测。结果 实验组与对照组相比较,总淋巴细胞、大颗粒淋巴细胞、凋亡细胞百分率显著上升(P<0.0005);实验组淋巴细胞转化率及IL-2诱生活性显著增高(P<0.0005),CD57^+细胞百分率明显升高(P<0.0005),CD4^+/CD8^+比例亦上升(P<0.005)。结论 患者蜕膜淋巴细胞功能显著增高,可能参与了免疫学发病机制,可为疾病预测及制订相应的防治措施提供一定的实验依据。Objective To analyse changes of decidual lymphocytic function from patients with unexplained spontaneous early abortion. Methods Twenty-five healthy pregnancy women as control and twenty-five patients were enrolled for study. The percentages and transforming rate of lymphocytes, expression of CD antigens, the activity of induced intedeukin-2 were observed through microcope, flow cytometry, indirected immuno-flurecence labeling and ~3H-TdB immunolabeling assay. Results The percentages d total lymphocytes, large granular lymphocytes, apoptotic lymphocyte in experimental group are higher than that of control group; the percentage of transforming and the activity of induced interleukin-2 in patients increase greatly(P<0.0005). The ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+(P<0.005) and the proportion of CD57^+(P<0.0005)increase greatly. Conchusion The function of decidual lymphocyte in patient upregulates highly, these datas aid the experimental evidences about the research of immunol pathogenesis, prediction and prevention of this disease.
