摘　　要：研究了转炉 精炼 (LF) 连铸法生产YF4 0MnV非调质钢的工艺 ,确定了合理的脱氧、合金化工艺、硫的加入方式及吸收率 ,保证了钢的纯净度 ,钢材非金属夹杂物达到了国家标准要求 ,所炼的YF4 0MnV非调质钢各项性能均达到同类电炉钢和调质钢 (4 5、4 0Cr)的水平。The process of YF40MnV non-quenched-tempered steel manufactured by converter-refining-continuous casting was researched in this paper.The reasonable deoxidation,alloying process,sulfur adding methods and its absorptivity were determined,and purity of the steel was ensured.The results show that the non-metallic inclusions in the steel can meet the requirements of GB/T 15712-1995 standard.The properties of YF40MnV non-quenched-tempered steel manufacturd by converter-refining-continuous casting can reach the same levels of those manufactured by electric furnace and quenched-tempered steel,such as 45 steel and 40Cr steel.
