摘　　要：油井抽油泵输入泵衬套内孔尺寸镀铬批量生产中存在着工艺参数准确选择、夹具合理设计、槽液维护和调整等一系列问题。通过工艺条件下电流效率的测定和应用试验以及对工艺特点的技术分析 ,制定了合理的内孔尺寸镀铬批量生产的工艺 ,取得了理想的效果。There are a series of problems in batch production of plating chromium for lining inner bores of input tube in oil well pump such as parameter choice, clamp design, bath care and adjust. Reasonable batch production process for dimension plating chromium of inner bores was established with perfect effect by measuring of current efficiency, application test and technical analysis.
