摘 要:传统的继电器组合式失灵保护接线烦琐、校验麻烦、可靠性不高、控制逻辑过于简单、无法与微机实现数字接口。微机型母线差动保护中的失灵保护主、备保护一体化,失灵保护软、硬件完全依赖母差保护,不符合可靠性原则,一般不予采用。提出一种完全独立的微机型失灵保护装置,用软件实现原来用继电器组合的逻辑功能,具有在线自检功能,计算控制精度提高,能方便地实现与综合自动化的微机接口。该装置不但具有传统失灵保护的所有功能,而且新增了一些功能,例如,能根据用户设定,有选择地退出个别单元失灵启动后的复合电压闭锁功能;不同单元可以设置不同的复合电压闭锁定值;能解决线路和母联同时失灵的跳闸逻辑问题。The traditional circuit breaker failure protection carit meet the demands of integral substation automation system for its too complicated cormections, checking trouble, low reliability, and its too simple control logic as well as its lack of digital interface. The digital bus differential protection combines the circuit breaker failure protection whose software and hardware are also rely on it. This type of circuit breaker failure protection is commonly not used for its low reliability. This paper presents a completely independent digital circuit breaker failure protection device of WSL-100 type with the characteristics like implementing the trip logic function with software, self-check function and the high measure precise as well as the convenient digital interface. It not only has all the functions of traditional protection but also possesses some new ones. For examples, The compound-voltage blocking protection for specific unit can be quit by user. And the set value can varies between different unit. Last the problem of trip logic when line breaker and bus connection being failure at the same time is also solved.
