有光扁形涤纶短纤维纺丝技术探讨

摘　　要：采用扁形孔长宽比为 10 /1、通过喷丝板特征尺寸的选择及喷丝孔合理分布 ,选择纺丝温度 2 80～ 2 85℃、纺丝速度 90 0～ 10 0 0m/min、适宜的冷却条件、后拉伸温度 60℃、拉伸倍率 3 .4左右 ,成功地在 2 0 0 0t/a短丝装置上开发出扁平度在 5以上的扁平形有光涤纶短纤维。The accepted length-width ratio of the flat-hole is 10/1.By selecting the spinneret feature size and arranging the flat-hole place reasonably,the selected spinning temperature is 280～285 ℃,the spinning speed is 900～1 000 m/min,the cooling condition is proper,the afterdrawing temperatue is 60 ℃,the drawing ratio is about (3.4,)the bright flat staple with flat-degree over 5 has been successfully produced in the 2 000 t/a staple equipment.
