摘  要:对CO2跨临界循环的超临界放热特性和运行规律进行了分析,根据这些特性,对其应用于干燥热泵系统进行了探讨,并对蒸发温度、过热度及气体冷却器出口温度对系统除湿率的影响做出分析。研究表明CO2跨临界循环放热段存在大的温度滑移,气体冷却器出口温度低有利于系统运行,这些特点非常适合干燥系统,而且干燥系统除湿率也受到这些特性的影响,系统存在最优运行压力和最佳的蒸发温度与气体冷却器出口温度组合。The heat rejection characteristics in supercritical section and performance properties of CO2 transcritical cycle were analyzed. Based on the analysis of unique characteristics, the application of CO2 transcritical cycle in heat pump drying system was discussed. The influence of evaporation temperature, superheat and outlet temperature of the gas cooler on SMER of the drying system was analyzed. The research shows that characteristics of CO2 transcritical cycle, such as great temperature slide in heat rejection process and low outlet temperature of gas cooler benefiting to COP, are suitable for drying systems. SMER of the drying system is affected by these characteristics. There exist the optimum operation pressure and the optimal couple of evaporation temperature and outlet temperature of gas cooler in the heat pump drying system.
