摘 要:用于长输管道防腐蚀的沥青 ,在许多因素如紫外线、氧气、水分、某些活性物质、微生物等作用下 ,其物理化学性质将发生变化 ,造成管道老化 ,影响防腐蚀效果。为此 ,采用室内人工加速试验方法 ,研究了石油沥青涂层的老化过程和规律。研究结果表明 ,涂层电阻与老化时间呈负相关关系而与涂层厚度则呈正相关关系 ,涂层的老化过程包括品质基本维持现状、品质逐级下降和品质彻底破坏 3个阶段。此外 ,实验涂层的品质评估结果也和现场防腐蚀层品质等级的划分结果基本吻合。石油沥青涂层增加 ,涂层电阻增加 ,可以有效地延长管道的使用寿命 ,但不能阻止其老化。Affected by ultraviolet ray, oxygen,water, active substance, temperature and microbes, the physical and chemical properties of the asphalt coating on long distance pipeline will be changed. This will cause ageing and influence the corrosion protection effect. The ageing process and regularity of the asphalt coating have been studied with indoor artificial accelerated ageing test. The result shows that the relation between electric resistance of the coating and the ageing time is negative and the relation between electric resistance of the coating and the coating thickness is positive. The ageing process of the coating has three stages: the quality keeps almost the original status; the quality decreases stage by stage; the quality is destructed completely. The quality evaluation of the test coating is almost the same with the stages division of the corrosion protection coating on site. The resistance of the coating increases with the augment of the coating thickness. This will prolong the service life of the pipeline but cannot prevent the ageing.
