摘　　要：南水北调中线工程北京段、天津段以及国内若干引水项目将采用国际上已广泛应用的预应力钢筒混凝土管 (PCCP) ,无疑将PCCP的应用提高到新的水平。本文结合PCCP生产工艺的特点以及山西万家寨引黄工程联接段PCCP输水工程监理工作的实际情况 ,提出PCCP生产工艺中的质量控制要点及相关指标 ,以使工程人员对PCCP生产工艺及其质量控制有所了解 。PCCP pipe will be adopted for middle line water diversion project from south to north Beijing section,Tianjin section and many other national water diversion projects.The application of PCCP will be raised to a new level.In this paper,PCCP production process special points and superintendence of Wanjiazhai water project PCCP transmission pipe line engineering,suggested PCCP production process quality control principal points and relevant index,understanding of quality control of PCCP production process and available for referrence,are presented.
