摘  要:目的 :观察小鼠胃肠道内胃泌素细胞 (G细胞 )的个体发生、分布、形态及数量变化 ,为进一步揭示G细胞的功能及相关研究提供形态学基础。方法 :免疫组织化学技术。结果 :胎龄 1 7d小鼠胃窦部出现G细胞 ,1 8d小肠中出现G细胞。小鼠胃肠道G细胞的数量胚胎期以十二指肠段最多 ,而出生后胃窦部最多。可见G细胞的突起伸抵上皮游离面 ,伸至其它细胞之间 ,或伸至基膜及毛细血管周围 ,并可见免疫反应阳性物质逸入腔内和逸出细胞。结论 :小鼠胃肠道G细胞的发生与数量变化有其种属特异性。G细胞可能同时具备内分泌、旁分泌和外分泌方式。Objective: To study the ontogeny, distribution, morphology and the quantitative changes of gastrin cells (G cells) in mouse gastrointestinal tract, providing information for further disclosing the G cell function and its related research.Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used. Results: G cells could be found in the mouse gastric antrum at ED 17, and in the small intestine at ED 18. The number of G cells of the mouse gastrointestinal tract was the greatest in the duodenum during embryonic period and in the gastric antrum after birth. The processes of G cells could be seen extending to the free surface of the epithelium, between the adjacent cells, or to the basement membrane and around capillaries. The immuno positive substance were detected in the lumen of the gastrointestinal tract and in area around the G cells. Conclusion: The ontogeny and the quantitative change of G cells in the mouse gastrointestinal tract have their species specificity. G cells may possess endocrine, paracrine and exocrine functions simultaneously.
