摘　　要：目的 :建立一种快速、简单可重复的红色毛癣菌种内分型方法。方法 :PCR扩增红色毛癣菌核糖体的非转录间隔区 (NTS)的两个串联重复亚单位TRS 1和TRS 2区 ,进行种内分型。结果 :利用特殊的引物扩增 6 3株红色毛癣菌TRS 1和TRS 2区 ,共产生 8种特征性带型。结论 :这种PCR方法产生的特征性的指纹图提供了一种快速、稳定、简便的分子生物学种内分型方法 。Objective: To develop a rapid and reproducible method in strain identification for Trichophyton rubrum. Methods:Two novel tandem repeat subelements(TRSs),TRS-1 and TRS-2,located in the Trichophyton rubrum rDNA nontranscribed spacer(NTS) were amplified from 63 strains of Trichophyton rubrum. Results:Specific amplification of TRS-1(6 type) and TRS-2(2 type) produced strain-characteristic bandinding patterns. Conclusions:This new method of typing Trichophyton rubrum will provide a rapid ,stable molecular method about pathogenesis and epidemiology of this fungus.
