摘　　要：目的　探寻一种安全可靠、矫正满意的治疗鼻中隔偏曲的手术方法。方法　通过对 2 15例在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术术后临床资料的复习 ,探讨鼻内镜在鼻中隔矫正术中的应用价值 ,并对这种术式的安全和疗效进行评估。结果　对 2 15例患者术后 6～ 2 4个月的疗效观察表明 ,该方法可安全、彻底地矫正的鼻中隔偏曲 ,满意地改善患者的鼻腔通气 ,有效地控制鼻腔粘连的发生和减少鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的复发。结论　经鼻内镜治疗鼻中隔偏曲安全、有效 。Objective To explore a safe, reliable and satisfactory method to treat the nasal septum deviation.Methods A retrospective study of performing the resection of the nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscopy in 215 cases was performed to assess the role of endoscopic technique in nasal septal surgery.Results The observation of the outcome of 215 patients undergoing this operation after 6～24 months postoperation showed that this technique resected the deviation safely and completely,improve the nasal respiratory and reduced the occurrence of nasal cavity adhesion and the recurrence of nasal polyp and sinusitis.Conclusion Nasal septal reconstruction under nasal endoscope would be a safe and effective for treating patient with deviation of nasal septum. It is an effective operation to replace the traditional one.
