摘  要:目前国内中、小合成氨厂合成氨原料气的精制大部分采用铜洗法 ,存在设备投资成本高、环境污染严重等缺点。近年来 ,自主开发的采用中压联醇串等高压甲醇合成甲烷化流程工艺 ,达到了取代铜洗的目的。该法不仅投资成本低、环境污染少 ,而且可联产甲醇 。Most of the domestic medium and small scale ammonia plants currently employ cuprammonia washing for the final purification of feedgas for ammonia synthesis, so there are the drawbacks of high investment cost in equipment and severe environmental pollution. In recent years China has developed on its own the process of medium pressure integrated methanol production in series with isobaric methanolation methanation at high pressure, to replace the conventional cuprammonia washing. This process is not only low in investment cost and environmental pollution but also co produces methanol, being a relatively ideal new process.
