摘　　要：对原设计的NHD脱碳流程进行改进 ,将低压闪蒸槽移至气提塔顶部 ,同时将其设计成为具有新型塔内件的高效规整填料塔 ,降低了吸收塔阻力 ,提高了闪蒸效率 ,使低压闪蒸槽中获得的二氧化碳纯度及数量达到了较高的水平。The originally designed NHD CO 2 removal process is improved by moving the low pressure flash tank to the top of the stripper and redesigning the stripper to become a high efficiency structured packing column with a new type of internals, thereby increasing the flashing efficiency, allowing the purity and quantity of carbon dioxide obtained in the flash tank to reach a higher level.
