西药配合黄芪注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病30例观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察中西药合用治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法 :6 0例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在西药常规治疗基础上加黄芪注射液 30 m l静脉点滴 ,对照组单西药常规治疗。结果 :两组 2 4 h尿白蛋白排泄量、血糖、尿微量白蛋白等指标治疗组治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :西药常规治疗配合黄芪注射液对早期糖尿病肾病有明显疗效。Abstract Objective:To explore the curative effect of integrated traditionel chinese medicine and westem medicine on incipient diabetic nephrolopathy (DN).Methods:60 patients with incipient diabetic nephrolopathy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was treated with A strogalus membranaceus 30ml/day ivgtt therapy.The control group were treatred with routine medicine therapy alone.Results:The related parameters noioding urinary protein excretion,blood sugar,urinary albumin excretion levels were improved after treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:of integrated traditional chinese medicine and western medicine on incipiem diabetio nephrolopathy have a good curative effect.
