摘 要:目的 :观察五倍子对致龋菌抑制作用并测定最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度。方法 :对五倍子分别采用水、乙醇两种方法提取有效成分 ,通过纸片扩散法研究对致龋菌的抑制作用 ,用液体稀释方法检测最小抑菌浓度、最小杀菌浓度。结果 :五倍子水提取物对变形链球菌Ingbritt株、茸毛链球菌 6 715株、粘性放线菌ATCC 192 4 6株的抑菌圈分别为 2 0 .4 1mm、10 .4 6mm、6 .74mm ;对变形链球菌Ingbritt株最小抑菌浓度为 15 .6 g/L ;最小杀菌浓度为15 .6 g/L ;五倍子醇提取物对变形链球菌Ingbritt株、茸毛链球菌 6 715株、粘性放线菌ATCC 192 4 6株的抑菌圈分别为 2 0 .71mm、14 .87mm、6 .5 7mm ;对变形链球菌Ingbritt株、茸毛链球菌 6 715株最小抑菌浓度为 1.95 g/L、3.9g/L ;最小杀菌浓度为 3.9g/L、3.9g/L。 结论 :五倍子水、醇提取物对变形链球菌Ingbritt株、茸毛链球菌 6 715株有较强的抑菌或杀菌作用 ,对粘性放线菌ATCC 192 4Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Chinese nutgall on primary cariogenic bacteria, and measure its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC). Methods:Active components were isolated from Chinese nutgall by means of aqueous extraction and ethanolic extraction. Disk agar diffusion method was used to observe inhibitory effect on cariogenic bacteria. MIC and MBC were determined by broth dilution method. Results: The sizes of Chinese nutgall Aqueous extract bacteriostatic circle on Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt、Streptococcus sobrinus 6715、Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246 were 20.41mm、10.46mm、6.74mm respectively; The sizes of its ethanolic extract bacteriostatic circle on Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt、Streptococcus sobrinus 6715、Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246 were 20.71mm、14.87mm、6.57mm respectively; Against Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt, MIC、MBC of nutgall Aqueous extract were 15.6 g/l 、15.6 g/l; Against Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt、 Streptococcus sobrinus 6715, MIC、of nutgall ethanolic extract were 1.95g/l、3.9g/l respectively and MBC were 3.9g/l、3.9g/l respectively. Conclusions:Aqueous and ethanolic extracts of Chinese nutgall exhibit strong inhibition on Streptococcus mutans Ingbritt and Streptococcus sobrinus 6715,but have no inhibitory effect on Actinomyces viscosus ATCC 19246.
