后入路后外侧减压钉棒系统治疗爆裂型胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤

摘　　要：目的 :研究后入路 ,前方、后外侧方减压椎弓根螺钉内固定对于急型胸腰椎爆裂型骨折的疗效。方法 :随访本院 1999～ 2 0 0 1年间胸腰椎爆裂型骨折患者共计 13 2人 ,应用手术前后Frankel分级进行评定。结果 :所有患者突入椎管中的骨折碎块完全去除 ,Frankel评分均有明显改善 ,椎体前后缘平均高度恢复 80 %。结论 :该手术方法简单、有效 ,减压彻底。有一定实用价值。Objective: To study the effect of anterior and posterior-lateral decompression through posterior approach and pedicle screw instrumentation for burst thoracolumbar fracture. Method:One hundred and thirty-two patients surgery were followed up from 1999 to 2002,the results were estimated with Frankel grade,Cobb's angle and the anterior vertebral height.Conclusion:The method of surgery is satbty,simplcness and effective.
