摘　　要：硬化剂是治疗下肢静脉曲张的有效方法之一,毛细血管扩张和网状静脉曲张宜首选硬化剂压迫治疗。随着操作技术的不断改进和新一代硬化剂的研发,联合手术的硬化剂治疗临床应用前景广阔。Sclerotherapy is an useful method in trecting varicose vein. Telangiectasias and reticular varicosities are most suitable indications for compression sclerotherapy( CST). With the technique improved and new agents invented, it is optimistic to combine CST and radical surgery for associating the advantages of the two modalities, avoiding their inconveniences for the good of the patients.
