活性污泥法处理造纸综合废水的研究

摘　　要：活性污泥法是处理造纸综合废水的常用方法 ,探讨了其水温、pH、活性污泥浓度对处理效果的影响。活性污泥法条件 :水温为 2 0～ 30℃ ;pH =6 .0～ 8.0 ;污泥负荷率Ns =0 .2～ 0 .3kgBOD5/kgMLSS .d ;溶解氧DO =0 .5～ 2 .0mg/L ;活性污泥浓度为 16 0 0～ 2 2 0 0mg/L。处理后的污水可以达到GWPB2 - 1999制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准 ,即出水COD≤ 4 5 0mg/L ,BOD5≤ 10 0mg/L ,SS≤ 10 0mg/L ,pH =6～ 9。Activated sludge process is an often using method in comprehensive wastewater treatment, the influence of temperature,pH, NS?DO and MLSS recovery result was discussed. the condition of activated sludge method:water temperature 20～30 ℃; pH about 6.0～8.0; the sludge load rate was 0.2～0.3 kgBOD 5/ kgMLSS.d;dissoloved oxggen was 0.5～2.0 mg/L;the activated sludge consistency was 1 600～2 200 mg/L. Under suitable technology parameters treated wastewater contained, COD≤450 mg/L,BOD 5≤100 mg/L,SS≤100 mg/L,pH=6～9, which met the paper industry discharge standard GWPB2-1999.
