摘　　要：阐述了基于有限元的数值模拟技术应用于金属塑性成形过程缺陷预测时涉及到的理论基础及数值模拟和缺陷预测技术 ,并以实例说明了数值模拟对于缺陷预测技术的贡献和重要现实意义。The FEM fundamental theory,numerical simulation techniques and defect prediction techˉniques involved in the application of FEM-based numerical simulation technology to the prediction of defects in metal forming process are discussed.The contribution and realistic significance of nuˉmerical simulation to the defect prediction technology are explained with an example.
