摘　　要：介绍乌托邦接口(UTOPIA)在无源光接入网ATM—PON系统中的作用和乌托邦接口分类的同时。重点分析了第一级乌托邦接口(UTOPIA LEVEL1)的功能和时序关系,阐述了该接口的具体实现方法,并给出了乌托邦接口实现的测试结果.The function and the levels of UTOPIA interface in the ATM-PON system was introduced. Then, the interface functions and the timing requirement of UTOPIA LEVELl was analyzed in detail. The scheme of the designing of UTOPIA interface was described. At last, the result of simulation of the design was given. This proves that the design of UTOPIA interface is correct and it can run the function of UTOPIA interface well.
