摘　　要：目的:探讨 cyclin E及 p2 1WAF 1 /CIP1蛋白在甲状腺组织癌变过程中的表达及与甲状腺癌发生、发展的关系。 方法 :利用免疫组织化学方法分析 4 7例甲状腺癌、11例甲状腺腺瘤、10例结节性甲状腺肿及 10例正常甲状腺组织中 cyclin E及 p2 1W AF 1 /CIP1 蛋白的表达。 结果:cyclin E和 p2 1WAF 1 /CIP1 在甲状腺癌中的表达显著高于甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿及正常甲状腺组织 (P <0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 ) ,cyclin E与 p2 1WAF 1 /CIP1蛋白阳性表达无相关性 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论:检测 cyclin E和 p2 1WAF 1 /CIP1蛋白的表达将有助于甲状腺癌的早期诊断及预后的判断。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of cyclinE? p21 WAF1/CIP1 and the thyroid carcinogenesis. Methods: The expression of cyclinE and p21 WAF1/CIP1 proteins was examined by means of immunohistochemical technology in 47 cases of thyroid carcinoma, 11 cases of thyroid adenoma, 10 cases of nodular goitre and 10 case of normal thyroid tissue. Results: The expression of cyclinE and p21 WAF1/CIP1 proteins in thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in thyroid adenoma, goitres and normal thyroid tissues (P<0.01, P<0.05), No correlation was found be -tween CyclinE and p21 WAF1/CIP1 (P>0.05). Conclusion: To investigate the expression of cyclinE? p21 WAF1/CIP1 protein will contribute to the diagn-osis of thyroid carcinoma early and prognsis.
