摘　　要：利用 3因素 4水平正交试验和一系列对比试验 ,得到了荧光颜料型发光涂料最佳配比组成 :丙烯酸树脂4 0 %～ 4 5 %、碳酸钙 30 %～ 35 %、有机发光颜料 2 0 %～ 2 5 %、甲苯、消泡剂和增塑剂等适量。所得涂层具有良好的物理机械和发光性能。此外 ,在基材表面预涂适当底漆 。Through a orthogonal test with 3 facrors and a number of comparison tests,a optimum composition for fluorescent pigment based luminescent coatings has been obtained:acrylic resin 40%～45%,calcium carbonate 30%～35%,organic luminescent pigment 20%～25%,and the rest toluene,defoamer,and plasticizer.The coatings film shows good physical,mechanical and luminous performance.Additionally,a primer on the substrate will be helpful for improvement of the fluorescent performance.
