摘 要:针对大型高合金钢环筒形件自由锻造时容易产生开裂缺陷和变形不均匀等问题,研究开发了坯料包套模内冲挤成形新技术。研究证明,该方法不仅改善了坯料受力变形状态,合理调控了热力参数,有效防止了变形开裂缺陷,而且变形均匀,工艺流程短,有利于提高产品质量和经济效益。包套在热成形时既能起保温润滑作用,还能减少加载设备的吨位,实现了省力成形的要求。In accordance with defects of cracking and uneven deformation during open-die forging processes of high-alloy steel heavy cylindrical forge, a new punching-extrusion forming technology with an outer ring was developed. The investigated results indicated that the method could improve the stress state in the billet, adjust thermo-mechanical parameters rationally and prevent from cracking and complete the process in fewer operations. All of the above advantages are beneficial to improve product quality and economic efficiency. Meanwhile, the outer ring had played roles of holding and lubricating, which could decrease the loading equipment force and meet the demand of saving force.
