摘 要:通过综合分析铲磨机理、砂轮修形、砂轮安装、磨损误差等影响铲磨铣刀齿形的种种因素 ,将铲磨砂轮的试凑原理及误差影响分析演变为专家系统的推理规则 ,形成了基于知识的铣刀齿形精密铲磨系统 ,并对系统的框架结构、知识库、推理设计子系统等关键技术进行了探讨。该模式可以大大提高铲磨系统的柔性与智能性 。Based on the analyses of the influencing factors such as relieving theory, wheel repair, installation, wear and so on,the trial theory and error analysis of relieving grinding wheel are evolved to inference principle of expert system, and the accurate relieving grinding system based on the knowledge is formed. At the same time, some key techniques, such as system framework, knowledge database, inference system etc, are discussed. Using this model, the flexibility and intelligibility of relieving grinding system may be improved greatly, and a kind of effective way for accurately machining of milling cutter with fir-slot is provided.
