摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了以磷酸钙为栽体的Ag+系无机抗菌粉体,通过不同的反应条件,如反应物浓度、pH值及焙烧温度等对粒子影响的比较,从中获得了最佳的反应条件。最后再将其配入涂料中制得一种新型抗菌涂料,经抗菌测试表明,用这种抗菌粉体制得的涂料具有良好的抗菌效果。Ag + inorganic antibacterial powders were prepared by sol - gel process with calcium phosphate as their carrier. The optimal reaction condition was obtained by compared with different reaction conditions, such as reactant concentration, pH and shirr temperature etc. Finally, a kind of new antibacterial coating was prepared by adding antibacterial powders to the coating. The antibacterial test shows that the obtained coating has a good antibacterial property.
