摘  要:研究了稀土元素Er2O3掺杂对细晶BaTiO3系统介电及耐压性能的影响。其在BaTiO3晶粒中可抑制晶粒生长,使尺寸变小,体密度增高,呈现细晶效应,ε峰在整个温区范围内弥散,提高室温下介电常数,减小容量变化率。ZnO的加入使瓷料形成致密的细晶结构,有效地阻止了晶粒过度长大,改善了微观结构,减小了因气孔而造成的击穿,提高了耐压强度。A study on the effect of doping rare - earth element on BaTiOs - based ceramics was made. The addition of Er2O3 could restrain the growth of the grain, which could make the dimension of the grain small and bulk density high, and presented the effect of fine grain. With dispersion of peak e in whole zone of the controlled temperature, the dielectric constant at room temperature increased, but the varying rate of the capacity decreased. Doping ZnO made the size of the grain smaller and formed the densified structure, which restrained the over - grown of grain effectively and improved the compressive-strength and microstructure of the ceramics.
