摘　　要：目的:观察比林斯法用于避孕的临床效果.方法:对2002年4月～2003年8月期间,654例自愿应用比林斯法避孕的育龄妇女,统计12月内的续用、停用、意外妊娠率.结果:654例妇女共观察了7 644个妇女月.1)12个月内的净累积续用率81.89%,停用率18.81%,意外妊娠率0.98%;2)654例中有7例意外妊娠,其中1例可能与方法学有关;3)经统计对象的年龄、文化程度与累积继续使用率、停用率和意外妊娠率间无相关性(P＞0.05).结论:比林斯法不仅简单、易接受、无副反应,而且在计划生育知情选择中连续使用率高,故可在全国有组织、有计划地培训教员和推广应用,为提高妇女的生殖健康服务.Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness of Billings ovulation method (BOM) in avoidingpregnancy. Methods: From April, 2002 to August, 2003, BOM was selected by 654 women to avoid pregnancy.Before BOM was used, the instruction was given 1~2 times. Results: The total observed period was 7 644 womenmonths.1) At the end of the 12th month, the cumulative net rate of continuation was 81.89%, the cumulative net rateof discontinuation was 18.81%, and the unplanned pregnancy rate was 0.98%. Among 7 cases of unplanned pregnancy, one case might be related to the method itself because the sexual relationoccurred after d 4 of slippery mucus. 3) The rate of continuation and the unplanned pregnancy was not statisticallyrelated to age and education level (P >0.05) . Conclusion: BOM is simple, reliable, effective and no-side-effect, inavoiding pregnancy. Also, whatever the women's age and education is, it is an acceptable method in informedchoice and worthing promoting.
