摘　　要：本文简要介绍了铁路机车试验台及其监控系统构成,叙述了其硬件及基于Visual Basic的软件设计,给出了关键的通信软件实现流程图和部分程序实例代码。This paper introduces a railroad locomotive test-bed and its structure of monitoring and controlling system.It also introduces the system hardware connection and software design based on VB.The key points about the serial communication are stated in flow charts and some codes about these points are presented at length.
