摘　　要：哈尔滨联通公司电信枢纽楼是东北地区采用钢管混凝土柱的第一座超高层建筑 ,也是哈尔滨市标志性建筑之一。介绍了框架体系和楼盖结构的选择 ,钢管混凝土柱的设计和构造 ,提出节点设计原则 ,以及结合工程的柱脚构造处理 。The Hub Building of Tele-communication for Harbin Liantong Company is the first tall building adopting CFST columns in northeast region,as well as one of symbolization buildings of Harbin.It is introduced that the selections of frame system and floor structure,design and structure of CFST columns,the design rules of connections and the structures of column base, which may be a reference for designers.
