摘　　要：针对汽车钢圈辊压成形模具材料进行等离子体表面强化试验 ,在获得最佳工艺参数的基础上 ,对该模具进行表面强化处理。实际使用结果表明 ,与传统淬火工艺相比 ,模具变形小、使用寿命提高The tests of plasma surface hardening for rolling die of automotive rims were done and the optimal technology parameters have been provided.The plasma processing of this die was carried out.Compare with the traditional technology,smaller size changing and double life of the die were obtained.
