摘　　要：本文介绍了深圳飞通光电大厦洁净厂房防静电地坪、金属岩棉板隔墙与吊顶、高效过滤器等分项工程的施工与安装工艺,以及洁净厂房的验收与测试方法。This paper makes a full introduction of the construction and installation techniques of conductive flooring, metal rock wool board partitions and suspended ceiling and high-efficiency filters in Shenzhen Photon Building. It also provides the technologies of acceptance and test.
