摘　　要：本文通过实例,分析一起设备基础混凝土温度裂缝引起的机床失精的原因及其处理方法。本文定义了第二类孤岛效应的概念,说明混凝土温度裂缝的危害,以引起对精密型加工机床基础质量的重视。With the introduction of an example, this paper analyzes the causes and treatment of inaccuracy of machine tools due to temperature cracking of instrument bases. It also specifies the concept of the second kind of islanding effect and illustrates the harmfulness of concrete temperature crack in order to arouse public concerns on the quality of bases of precision machine tools.
