摘　　要：目的 :通过分析无菌包内化学指示卡假阳性发生的原因 ,探讨其影响因素。方法 :在同一部位分别放置化学指示卡和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞菌片同时进行化学检测和生物检测。结果 :无菌物品生物检测全部合格 ,化学指示卡根据放置部位不同 ,颜色有不同程度的变化。结论 :化学指示卡应放于合适的位置 ;无菌包体积。Objective:To investigate eteology about pseudo positive index of chemical index card in sterille packet.Method:We had put chemical index card and heatphil fatty basilli spore bacterio sheet on same position,for chemical detection and bio detection.Result:Biodetection all meet the standard while chemical index card show different color at various location.Conclusion:We should put chemical index card at suitable position for correct index,packet volume,weight and package should meet the standard.
