职工医院产权制度改革的思考与运作

摘　　要：本文在调研的基础上,论述了职工医院改制的有关问题、难点,并提出了改制的总体思路和运作的意见。明确指出职工医院产权制度改革的必要性、指导思想、原则和目标,以及如何运作等。特别对股份制(股份合作制)和组建医院集团提出了具体意见。另外,还指出了职工医院在改制过程中应注意的若干问题。Based on a study/investigation, the article discusses the relevant issues and difficulties relating to system reform in staff hospitalsand outlines the general suggestions on idea and operation. It clearly points out the necessary, guidelines, principle and purpose as well as howto operate property right system reform in staff hospitals etc.. in general and specific suggestions for share-holding system (share-holdingcooperative system) and organization of hospital group in particular. In addition, it also outlines the issues that should pay attention to for operateproperty right system reform in staff hospitals.
