摘　　要：本文介绍了台湾不同性质的医院,重点对台湾财团法人医院的法人治理结构中的董事会、董事素质、董事会下的各委员会、医院院长等进行了分析研究。对大陆医院建立健全法人治理结构工作有借鉴意义。The article introduces the hospitals of different natures in Taiwan, particularly focuses on the board of directors, qualificationof director, committees under board of directors, president of hospital etc.. The experience can be used in establishing/improving hospital corporategoverning structure in mainland.
