摘　　要：研究了急性心肌梗死患者治疗前后血中TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1α、SOD和LPO含量的变化及其临床意义。用放免法和生化法对 35名正常人和 33例急性心肌梗死患者进行了治疗前后血中TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1α、SOD和LPO含量的测定。结果表明 :急性心肌梗死患者治疗前血 6 -Keto -PGF1α、SOD水平明显地低于正常组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而TXB2 、LPO则高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗后一周则与正常组比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结果提示 :观察急性心肌梗死患者血中TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1α、SOD、LPO含量的变化与患者的预后密切相关。In order to explore the changes of serum TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α ,SOD and LPO levels and their clinical significance in patients with acute myocardial infarction before and after treatment, serum TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α and SOD were determined by RIA, LPO was determined by biochemical method in 35 normal controls and 33 cases of acute myocardial infarction before and after treatment.The results showed that in patients with acute myocardial infarction the 6-Keto-PGF 1α and SOD were significantly lower than those in normal controls(P<0.01),TXB 2 and LPO were higher than those in normal controls(P<0.01)before treatment.One week after treatment, TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α , SOD and LPO returned to normal(P> 0.05). The results inducate that changes in these factors are closely related to prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
