摘　　要：南钢新建的2000m^3高炉采用全冷却壁薄壁炉体结构，炉腹至炉身下部使用了四段铜冷却壁，并采用了先进的软水密闭循环冷却，为高炉长寿创造了良好的条件。本文从设计特点、工艺流程对该系统进行综合论述。Aeries of new techniques are employed on 2000 m3 blast furnace in Nangng, such as thin stackstruc-ture of whole cooling walls, four parts of copper cooling wall utilized from belly to lower stack and softened water closed - circuit circulation system. So that these techniques create active condition for prolonging the campaign life of the blast furnace. This system is summarized from the view of design features and technical process in this paper.
