摘 要:采用直接观测外观和测定透明温度范围的方法,对微乳剂的基本组成成分——表面活性剂、助溶剂、水对二嗪磷微乳剂物理稳定性的影响分别进行了研究。对各因素从性质和用量两方面进行了探讨,并研究了无机盐(NaCl)浓度对微乳剂透明温度范围的影响。结果表明:表面活性剂的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值在12~15之间、助溶剂为乙醇或甲醇时配出的微乳剂较好;不同水质均可配出外观均相、透明的微乳剂,但硬水对微乳剂的冷贮稳定性有一定的影响;NaCl质量分数≤0.5%时的微乳剂其透明温度范围在-5~60℃。Direct observation and the measurement of the temperature range of transparent (microemulsion) were used in studying the effects of different factors such as surfactant, co-solvent and water which are the basic elements of microemulsion on the physical stability of the (microemulsion) of diazinon. The study was based on the kind and concentration of every factors and the concentration of salt (NaCl).The results indicate that the optimum HLB of surfactant is 12~15 and the co-surfactant ethanol or methanol is effective to form qualified microemulsion. (Different) kinds of water are suitable to formulate transparent and steady microemulsion, but hard water to some extent has negative effect on the cold-storage stability of microemulsion. The (temperature) range of transparent microemulsion is -5~60℃ when the weight fraction of salt((NaCl)) is less than 0.5%.
