摘　　要：花园变 330kV开关在其运行 1 6年后对其进行现场大修 ,这是一次前所未有的尝试 ,它实现了国内首台对FA4 - 5 5 0开关的现场大修工作。 330kVFA4 - 5 5 0开关现场大修是一项复杂的工作 ,无现成的经验可借鉴 ,检修项目多、任务重、时间紧 ,整个检修过程若疏于管理 ,极易造成人身和设备事故。为了今后更好地搞好同类型开关的大修 ,本文在总结花园变电所 3341开关现场大修过程中一些成功经验的同时 ,按照标准化检修的要求从大修前的准备工作、组织措施、安全管理、检修现场环境管理。After the Huayuan substation 330kV SF-6 switch running 16 years, it is overhauled at the scene for the first time. It has realized overhauling at scene to FA\-4-550 switch in the domestic at first. 330kV FA\-4-550 switch overhauling at scene is a complicated work, no available experience, overhauling project more, task serious, urgent time, if negligent managing during the whole overhauling, is extremely cause the person and equipment accident, to harm, electric network's safety and stabilization running. The paper sums up some successful experience, and expounds the preparation, organizing measure, safety management, overhauling on-the-spot environmental management. technical management before overhauling, etc.
