摘 要:目的 为了研究不同性别非淋患者UU和CT感染的特点。方法 FQ -PCR用于检测UUDNA和CTDNA。结果 女性UU阳性率为 6 0 .80 % (2 14 / 35 3) CT为 12 .0 0 % (42 / 35 0 ) ,χ2 =179.4 4 8,P <0 .0 1;男性UU阳性率为 2 3.2 0 % (45 / 194 ) CT为 9.2 7% (2 3/ 2 4 8) ,χ2 =16 .2 1,P <0 .0 1;女性UU感染阳性率高于男性 ,χ2 =70 .348,P <0 .0 1。女性UU定量拷贝对数值 6 .2 11± 1.30 2 CT 5 .70 9± 1.95 6 ,t=2 .35 6 ,P =0 .0 2 0 ;男性UU 5 .6 2 4± 1.187 CT 6 .12 3± 1.890 ,t=1.70 1,P=0 .0 92 ;女性UU定量非常显著高于男性UU ,t =3.0 13,P =0 .0 0 3。并同时对 2 33例女性和 5 8例男性阳性感染各模式进行了分析。结论 女性患者多与男性 ;UU是非淋主要的病原体 ;UU引起女性急性感染比男性常见。Objective: To study the specificity of UU and CT in the patients infected in non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU) in the male and female.Methods: Fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) was used to detect quantitatively UUDNA and CTDNA. Results: UU positive rate is 60.80%(214/353) and CT is 12.00%(42/350) in female,χ 2=179.448, P <0.01;UU positive rate is 23.20%(45/194) and CT is 9.27%(23/248) in male, χ 2=16.21, P <0.01.The positive rate of UU in female is higher than in male, χ 2=70.348, P <0.01. The logarithm of UU copies in female is 6.211±1.302 and CT is 5.709±1.956, t=2.356,P =0.020;UU in male is 5.624±1.187 and CT is 6.123±1.890 , t=1.701,P =0.092. The logarithm of UU copies in female is significant higher than in male, t=3.013,P =0.003;We also analyzed the models of positive patients in 233 cases femal and 58 cases male. Conclusion: The female patients of NGU were more than the male.UU was the most major pathogen of NGU. The acute infection in femal caused by UU was more often than in femal.
