摘  要:介绍采用机械共混法研制收缩温度为90~100℃的低温热缩材料。选择EVA(乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物)作为基体树脂,CPE,LLDPE分别作为改性剂,对其辐射交联后,研究改性剂的种类、配比以及阻燃剂和辐射剂量对体系力学性能及收缩性能的影响。结果表明,EVA与LLDPE组成的二元共混物的低温收缩性能优良。The development of 90~100℃ heat-shrinkable material by mechanical blending was described in this paper. Acting as modifiers,CPE and LLDPE were blended with EVA which selected as the matrix resin. The effects of radiation dose, the kinds and contents of modifiers and fire-retardant on shrinkage and me- chanical properties were studied. From experimental results, it was found that when EVA was blended with LLDPE, the properties of lower-temperature heat-shrinkable material was much better than those of others.
