摘　　要：济钢第一炼钢厂应用蓄热烧嘴式钢包烘烤系统 ,达到了提高在线钢包烘烤温度 ,降低炼钢系统消耗和改善操作环境的目的。对蓄热式燃烧系统中的蓄热体进行了较为详细的传热计算 。A new regenerative burner for ladle reheating has been used in No.1 steel making plant, Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co.. The purposes of preheating temperature enhancement for on line ladle ,energy saving and working condition improvement have been reached. A detailed heat transfer calculation for regenerator has been carried out .The operation results show that the model is significant for designing of combustion system and selecting operation parameters.
